Lead Generation Program Manager

Rona is gentle and capable, and she has an infectious laugh. We thought she was perfect for managing our Lead Gen program. Rona builds an ever-expanding database of qualified leads, maintains the database process to meet conversion and revenue goals, leads the strategy and execution for Lead Gen campaigns, maintains relationships with partners, and identifies opportunities for growth. That’s quite a lot for one lady, but we think she can handle it. Rona comes to us with years of experience in management, lead generation, and info systems with companies like CarMax, Home Service Store, Universal Meeting Management, and Education Corp of America.

Rona loves Greek food, weekends at the beach, and LUSH bath products, but don’t give her black jellybeans or licorice! She watches “The IT Crowd” and golfs with her husband. And as an Alabama native, she cheers for UA – naturally.
